The founder of IceBridge Freight is an immigrant entrepreneur with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the trucking and logistics industry. Before arriving in Canada, he operated as an independent Owner-Operator and dispatcher, transporting freight across some of the most diverse and demanding routes in the world. His work spanned across Jordan, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Kuwait, the UAE, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Armenia, Belarus, Russia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Qatar, building a reputation for reliability, resilience, and precision in cross-border logistics.
Our history
Throughout his career, he not only delivered thousands of loads across challenging terrains and international borders, but also developed deep expertise in dispatching, load planning, broker negotiations, and back-office coordination. This extensive global experience shaped a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in the freight industry—knowledge that he brought with him to Canada.
Starting from scratch in a new country, he quickly recognized the obstacles faced by new and independent Owner Operators; confusing regulations, inconsistent freight access, and a lack of trustworthy dispatch support. Fueled by his desire to give back and uplift others in the industry, he established IceBridge Freight with a mission to provide the kind of support he wished he had when starting out in Canada.
Today, IceBridge Freight proudly serves carriers and shippers nationwide, combining global experience with Canadian standards.
